a) Use this website to check products and to make orders.
b) Do not make false or fraudulent orders. If we found out that such of order, we have all the rights to cancel and inform the relevant authorities.

If you didn't provide us with all the necessary information, you will not be able to make an order.
4. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
To make an order, you will have to follow up on the purchase steps. Choose the products and add them to the shopping basket. To proceed with the payment, choose one of the payment methods. if you choose payment by credit card, you will receive a security code from your Bank account. Our website uses the SECURE 3D system, no transaction will be confirmed without the security code.
Once the payment is done, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email.
5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to the products being available. If we confirmed your order and found out that there are no stocks of any products chosen. Our team will do their best to provide you the product and if we couldn't provide it, we will notify you immediately. In another hand, if you don't want to exchange it with another product, we will refund you the amount charged for the unsent item using a gift voucher valid for 6 months.
We will not refund your money directly to your bank account.
6. RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER
We have all the right to remove any product at any time and to replace or to edit details of products on our website.
Rarely there may be exceptional circumstances due to lack of availability or problem in production or payment problem. We will have to refuse to accept your confirmed order. In that case, we will fully refund you all the amount paid including the delivery fees.
We reserve the right to remove or update any information or products on our website after confirming your Order.
7. DELIVERY
Subject to product availability provisions, and except in exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to deliver to you the product (s) listed on the Shipping Confirmation by the deadline indicated on the same Shipping Confirmation or, if no date is indicated, within the indicative time given when choosing the delivery method, and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of confirmation of the order. Delays may nevertheless occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for reasons related to the place of delivery.
If we are unable to meet the delivery date for any reason, we will notify you and offer you the chance to continue the purchase process with a new delivery date. Please note that there are no home deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or the holidays. For these Conditions, the "delivery" will be deemed to have been made, or the order will be deemed to have been "delivered", at the time that you or a third party designated by you will be in physical possession of the goods, which will be complete by signing the acknowledgment of receipt of the order to the delivery address that you have indicated.
Customs Taxes

8. UNABLE TO DELIVER
In case we couldn't deliver the order; we will try to send it to another address where you will be able to pick it up and leave you a note. If the order was still not delivered to you, it will return to our warehouse. In case of loss of your order in a delay of 30 days, we will inform our delivery service (UPS) to start searching for it within 7 to 10 days. Once your order is declared lost we will send you a new order with the same products. If the products are not available, We will either give you a gift voucher or give you a full refund.
9. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The product prices indicated on the websites may change at any time on our website, except when there's an error. Although our efforts to make sure that the prices are correct, some errors may occur. If we found an error in the price of the product (s) that you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will propose you, choose between either to confirm the order at the right price or to cancel it. We are not able to sell to you the product (s) at the inaccurate lower price (even after sending you a confirmation email). The prices on our website include the taxes and exclude delivery fees, that will be added at the total amount to pay.
Prices may change at any moment. no update will affect orders even after sending a confirmation email, except the cases mentioned below. After choosing all the products that you want to buy, they will be added to the shopping basket. After that, we will start preparing your order and you will be able to make payment. In the end, you will have to follow up on the steps to make a purchase then make payment.

11. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
11.1 Contractual right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you can return any product to us (except for the products mentioned in clause 11.2 below, for which the right of retractation is excluded within 14 days by invoking a valid reason. the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party you have designated comes into the physical possession of the goods or, in the case of more than one product forming part of the same order, Delivered separately, after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party you have designated comes into the physical possession of the last product ordered.

The withdrawal period is respected if you send your message informing us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiry of this withdrawal period.
The products must be returned within 14 days of the communication of your decision to retract to the address we will give you when you request a return. Direct costs incurred following the return of products will be your responsibility. No refund is made directly to a bank account, the refund is in the form of credit bill to use on our website, which we transmit to you upon receipt of your return.
In case of return of products realized under the contractual right of withdrawal after the expiry of the legal withdrawal period, returns of products will not be accepted and no credit or refund can be claimed.
11.2 Common provisions
You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract if it concerns the delivery of one of the following products: Personal products such as burkinis, pareo, hijabs, turbans, hair tie and under hijab puff, hat, set boxes, accessories (earrings, necklaces, bags ...) could not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. For information, sales / discounted items are neither returned nor exchangeable.
Your right to withdrawal from the Contract will only apply to products that are returned under the same conditions as you received them. No refund will be granted if the product has been used after being opened, if it is not in the same conditions as at the time of delivery or if it has been damaged. You are therefore requested to take good care of the product (s) in your possession. Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions, and any other documents, if any, accompanying these products.
11.3 Returns of defective products
If the product does not match your order, you should contact us immediately by email or via WhatsApp at +90 553 919 04 56 providing us with details and descriptions of the defect, and we will show you the procedure to follow. We will examine the returned item and inform you via email or message via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will proceed with the refund or the exchange of the product, within 14 days of the date we confirmed to you that you have right to a refund or an exchange of the defected product.
If the product had a defect, we will proceed with an exchange or a refund including the free delivery. (Only if the product was returned with the first order) that you have paid and return fees. The refund will be indicated by us, no refund will be done directly in your account (Excluding Turkey)

Accordance to this term, if you are a part of user contract, we have to deliver to you products which complies with contract clauses and we are responsible for any defect occured while the delivery. b) They must qualify the purposes for which this products are made.

Our products often present characteristics of natural materials used in the manufacture. These characteristics may be subject to variations in fibre,texture,knots and color. These variations can in no way be considered as defects or damage. We only choose highest quality products and the characteristics are inherent to pur products and must be accepted as part of their instrinstic appearance. The provisions of this clause shall in no way affect your rights as a consummer.

Any complaints received by our customer service less than one year in accordance to these terms about dispute resolution, we will offer you the possibility to demand for a refund(by providing us a reason)
